I don’t know how to suggest improvements to the app other than here since there’s no email anywhere so I’ll just write a comment.
I don’t wake up at the same time everyday. I would LOVE to be able to tell the app when I’m awake in the morning when I wake up instead of setting that I’ll wake up at 10 and I wake up at 12 and I’ve lost two hours of daily water according to the app. Also, not being able to add water after the day’s ended is really annoying. I won’t have time to add my water the exact second I drink it.
It’s not important the time you drink it. It’s more that you drink enough every day. And you can add after the day is done
I wish the app could share data with myfitness pal and the up app for my fitness tracker
I can honestly say that I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the hydrocoach app. I LOVE IT! Before I started using it, I was a 24/7 coffee drinker, and felt tired all the time. When I researched coffee’s affects on the body, I saw that one was dehydration, which often causes tiredness, and irritability.
That was when I decided to start drinking water, and found this app. I couldn’t drink just plain water though (I was getting caffeine withdrawl headaches.)
